Edwin Young passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Saturday, May 4, 2002, at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Frances. Loving father of the late Jean and Bill (Pat). Cherished grandfather of Edwin, Edgar Cory and Tom. Great grandfather of 3. Dear brother of the late Bob, Roy (Olive) and Marj Mitchell (late Joe). Dear brother-in-law of Mildred Johnson and Lloyd Johnson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Barton and Kiteley Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Monday, May 6, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. James Anglican Church (Goulais River) on Tuesday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Bill Stadnyk officiating. Interment at Goulais River Cemetery. Memorial donations to the F.J. Davey Home Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
