Passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 11, 2021 in his 87th year, joined his late wife, Betty Joan Wilson, whom he missed terribly.
Loving father of Roxanne (Roxie) husband Wayne Ayotte, Trina, late Rhonda, Alberta Benjamin (late Darrell) and Maxine Lalonde (Ron). Cherished grandpa of Jeremy, Ashley, Jason (Lisa), Shane (Stefania), Paul (Betty), Brad Willet (Robin), Lianne Gagne (Steph), Aaron and Kyle (Callie) Hutchinson. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Annette Wilson. Brother of Arlene (late Jim) Matear and Beverly (Lynn) McCoy. Brother-in-law of Late Bill (Gayle) and Jack (Hilka) Zufelt. Bob will be sadly missed by his 3 great grand children, Chayse, Fraser and Cailey Willet, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
We would like to warmly thank the caring staff at Extendicare Maple View, especially the Lake Superior nurses and PSW’s for the loving care and support given to Bob during his residence there. At Bob’s request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Society (payable online or by cheque) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
