At the Thessalon Hospital on Sunday, December 28, 2003. Velma West of Bruce Mines in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late William West. Loving mother of Tom (Shirley), Grant (Christine) and Archie (June) West. Dear sister of Verna Robb and the late Bill and Donald Hopper. Loving grandmother to Shelley (Harry), Kathy (Larry), Brenda (Pete), Steven (Denise), Scarlett (Brian), Colin, Nicole and Jordan. Great grandmother of 9 and great-great grandmother of 6. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Bruce Mines United Church where friends may call on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 from 1 pm until time of service at 3 o’clock. Spring interment in Cloudslee Cemetery. Donations to Lighthaven Christian Home gratefully accepted.
