WEST, Marjory

Surrounded by the deep love of her family and their profound respect for a life lived in an exemplary way, Marjory Grace West leapt into heaven on Thursday, October 5, 2017. Marjory loved and trusted Jesus and His plan for her life. Marjory was the beloved daughter of Richard and Gertrude West. She was always joined at the heart to her twin sister Maureen and appreciated her faithful brother-in-law Jim Tulloch. She loved her older brother the late Richard and her late sister June (late Florie Sarlo) and her late brother Joseph (Betty). Our “Buddy” leaves eight nieces and nephews marvelling at how one who suffered so much could remain so sweet. She will be deeply missed by the two best friends you could ever hope for – Lynnie and Chris. Thanks to her many dear nurses and care givers over the years. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of her remarkable life on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Island Bible Chapel for a visitation from 2:30 – 3:30 pm with service at 4 pm. A joint graveside service for Marjory and her brother Richard will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1 pm at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Christian Blind Mission or Light Haven Christian Home would be appreciated.
