In her 81st year in Calgary, AB. Predeceased by her husbands Robert Smylie Sr. and Eric Ward. Survived by her sons, Robert Smylie (Kristin), Gerry Smylie (Jean) and James Smylie. Grandmother of Erika (Gordon) Dean, Erin, Rob (Sabrina) and Jennifer. Great grandmother of Matthew Smylie, Ashley Dean and David Dean. Sister of May Syren (Dennis). A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Rev. Krister Ulmanis officiating.
