Passed away at Huron Lodge in Elliot Lake on Monday April 23, 2018 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Wakeman. Loving mother of Sherry Meyer (Mike) of Owatonna, Minnesota, U.S.A. and (the late) Ronald Wakeman. Dear grandmother of Chris & Karrie Meyer and great grandmother of Ayesha and Samyah Khan. A memorial visitation was held at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave) on Thursday April 26, 2018 from 10 am until the time of service at 11am. Pastor Livingstone Huff officiated. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society (Breast Cancer) would be appreciated by the family.
