Stewart Isaac Vipond passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 31, 2002 at the age of 87. Beloved husband and best friend of Minnie for 63 years. Loving father of Florence Desjardins (Jacques), Margaret Seeler (Ken), Betty Lavallee (Lawrence), Ken Vipond (Anne), Doug Vipond (Lianne) all of Sault Ste. Marie, Judy Petzke of B.C., and the late Jim Vipond (wife Cathy). Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of many. Predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Ruth Vipond. Dear brother of Rose Bourgeois and Laura Mansfield. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Anges McKee, Dorothy Spina, Georgina Evans, Wallace, George, Arthur and Ivit Vipond. Brother-in-law of Kay Dimma (late Bruce), Vera Matthews (Elwood), late John McClelland (wife Dorothy), late Betty Barkley (late Warren). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
