Suddenly, peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 21, 2003 at the age of 72 years. Loving husband for 45 years to Jennifer. Beloved father of Debbie Gagnon (John Hanley), Robert Vallance and Gail Jaremy (David). Special grandfather of Sarah and Shelby Gagnon and Jessica & Elena Jaremy. Brother of the late George Vallance (Joan). Son of the late Robert and Sarah Vallance. Son-in-law of the late Jim and Moira Annand. Brother-in-law of Michael Annand (Carolyn), Rowena Lewis (Chris) and Hazel Rowland (Clive). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Monday, November 24, 2003 from 7 pm until time of funeral and committal service in the Chapel at 8 pm with Rev. Bruce McLeish officiating. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital (Renal Dialysis Unit), the Group Health Trust Fund or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
