Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with his wife by his side on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the age of 76. Loving husband and best friend for 50 years of Barbara Trudel. Cherished father of Michelle Pearson (Stephen) and Dale Trudel. Proud papa of Bryanna, Danielle and his little man Jack Pearson. Predeceased by his parents Victor and Marie Trudel. Dear brother of the late Bertha, late Hector (Lynda Reid), Priscilla (Ron), late Theo (Alison), Ivan (Debbie), Raymond (Bonnie), Gerry (late Judy) and Victor (Roseanne). Son in law of the late Don and Eileen Racicot. Brother in law of late Ronald, late Penny (Chuck), Debbie (Joe), Robert, Bill and Jody. Loved by his many, many nieces and nephews. Lionel was a lifelong member of the Labours’ International Union of North America 1036. The family would like to extend our gratitude to Extendicare Maple View, the girls at the VON Club on Oxford Blvd and the nurses at the Sault Area Hospital 3C.
