It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Donald Lawrence Timeriski on June 11, 2021, with his son David by his side, at Health Sciences North in Sudbury, ON at the age of 76.

He will be missed by his spouse Carole Doucet, his son David, daughter-in-law Natalie & Guido to his grandchildren, Daxton & Izabel. He was predeceased by his parents, Alex & Stella Timeriski (née Jaworski). He was also predeceased by his sister Joyce Mullens & by his brother Barry Timeriski. Don was proud of his Ukrainian Heritage.

Donald grew up in Lively, ON & attended Lively High & Sudbury High Sheridan Technical School. He had a passion for music & was a part of the Sudbury Blue Saints Drum Corps. He was a longtime drummer for Sue & the Rubies of Sudbury & the Rocking Rebels of Elliot Lake, attending numerous functions, events & Bar/Taverns scenes. He was the President of the Sudbury Federation of Musicians & member of the Northshore Cruisers, with his red 63’ Galaxie 500.

Don retired from the City of Elliot Lake after 28 years from the Engineering Dept. In his younger years, Don enjoyed spending time at Holiday Beach in Whitefish, ON, camping & fishing. He enjoyed his hockey games & banters during the Elliot Lake Winter Carnivals. His contagious smile & humor will carry on with his friends & family memories.

As per Don’s wishes, cremation has taken place & no memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elliot Lake North Shore Cruisers.
