It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tippy (Wm. Thompson) on Sunday November 28, 2021 at home in the arms of his loving wife Betté (his rock) at the age of 91. Predeceased by his parents William and Mildred Thompson, leaving behind his sister Phyllis Scott (Gil). Father of his twins Billy (Paula) and Mickey (Ron), Brian (Carolyn) and Brent (Paula-Marie). Proud Grandfather of Tyler (Aly), Brett (Jessica), Brennon, Andrew, Adam, Bryce and Carly. Brother-in-law of Dolores Siegman (late Roy), Don Barill (Val) and Barbarita Watson (late Bill). Special friend of "Smurf" Jackie Devoe (late Mervyn). A private funeral service will take place with Father Veselko Kvesic officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the Sault Area Hospital Renal Care Fund.
