Went home to be with her Lord and Saviour whom she faithfully served, peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. Predeceased by the love of her life Percy. Loving mother of Bill (Becky), Elsie Lawrence (Doug), Edwin (Diana), Shirley Gentry (Roy), and grandchildren Karen Knight (Drew), John Thompson (Soyon), Rachel Lawrence, Lisa Marshall (Kevin), Heidi Lawrence, Nate Lawrence (Marcela), Mark Thompson (Dawn), Debbie Holtzhauer (Harvey), Laura Lucchetti (Ernest), Katie Fawkes (Dane), Ben Gentry as well as 25 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Elly Pouw (John), Isidore Schaffers, Beppie Van Leuwen (Carel) and Wim Schaffers (Nel). Survived by her sister-in-law Bea Upper (Maurice). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 6 pm until 9 pm. Funeral service celebrated from Bethany Baptist Church on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11 am. Pastor John Howarth officiating. Interment West Korah Cemetery.
