Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on February 26, 2017. Beloved husband and best friend of Marion for 57 years. Loving father of Daniel (Tammye) and David (Jane). Proud grandfather of Lexi Haines (Joey), Grace and Luke Thomas. Dear brother of Lloyd (Louise), Larry (Annie), Betty Dmyterko of Kitchener, Evelyn Lirette (Leo) of Quebec, late Joyce Canarsi (late Mike), Irene Pickford (late Gord), late Bud Thomas (Heather), late George (Beverly) and the late William (Billy). Loving brother-in-law of Lois Bringleson (Dan), late Ellis (Bill) Moore (Evelyn), Lyall Moore (Theresa), Robert (Bob) Moore (Ann), Donald Moore and Joan Moore. Predeceased by his parents Edith and Ivan Thomas. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 10 am until 12 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1 pm.
