Marlene Spence (nee Gill) passed away tragically on Friday, May 30, 2003 at the age of 30. Loving wife of Shaun. Caring mother of Joshua. Beloved daughter of Donna and Randy Gill. Loved daughter-in-law of Alison Wauchope and of Bob (Daryle) Spence. Cherished granddaughter of Ed (Kay) Roberts and Don (June) Spence. Sister of Rodney (Dawn) Gill, Shirley (Jerry) Down, Sherri-Anne Kendall, and Lawren (Jennifer) Alcorn. Marlene will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Free Methodist Church, St. Joseph Island on Tuesday, June 3 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 4 from 12:00 noon until time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom Gurnick officiating. Interment at Mountain Cemetery, St. Joseph Island. Memorial contributions to All Tribes Christian Camp.
