August 9, 1990 - November 28, 2018 - Too soon we announce the passing of Hailey, quietly at her home on November 28th. Beloved daughter of Lisa Souliere and Vern Smith. Much loved by her brothers, many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and friends.
