It is with profound sadness that we say goodbye to Brad Sizer at the age of 57. Brad passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday May 23, 2020 at 5:11pm after a short and courageous battle with cancer. He is a beloved Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He possessed the unique gift of humor, even at the end. He had one of the kindest souls and biggest heart, that we his family and friends were privileged to witness. He is survived by his mother Marie Hooper, brothers Mark Sizer (Colette), Mathew Sizer (Nicole) and his Sisters Cheryle Sizer and Monique Storozuk (Steve). He will be missed by his nephews Trent, Aaron, Robert, Sean Sizer, Michael, Joseph Storozuk and his nieces Megan Sizer and Mackenzie Storozuk. He was best friend to Greg Mizzi and family. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. A McLean, Dr. Booth, and Dr Bowen, who facilitated and guided the care for Brad and his family. Also, a special thank you to the ICU staff, their support and professionalism in a time of great sorrow is very much appreciated by the family. Donations may be made in honour of his name to the Sault Ste Marie Humane society. Brad’s last request was that a small, private celebration of life be held by family by personal invitation only.
