Passed away at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the age of 72. Predeceased by his parents Dominico and Francesca Reda. He leaves behind his sister Carolina Reda and his niece Tammy Holm. Great uncle of Katherine Feigelstock, Elizabeth Feigelstock, Matthew Feigelstock, Vernonia Holm, Alexander Holm and Michael Holm.
Giovanni attended Sault College where he graduated from the Management program. He enjoyed his career at Algoma Steel for many years until his retirement. Giovanni also owned and operated Peppi’s Restaurant in the landmark building where Deluca’s Pizza is now located. He was a free spirit and very easy going. He enjoyed cars and taking his motorcycle out for a ride. He enjoyed his life.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. with Father Paul Conway officiating.
