Russell Ramsey passed away at the Tendercare Nursing Home on Sunday, February 9, 2003 at the age of 74 years. Loving husband of 51 years of Margaret. Dear father of Russ (Susie), Ron (Sandra), Karen McAndrew (Kevin), Kathy Campbell (Alex) and Rod. Dear grandfather of Elizabeth Ryan (Curt), Pauline, Mary, Kathy Ramsay and Gerry, Jackie, Brian and Michael McAndrew, Kelly Daugherty (Tony), Karli and Michael Campbell. Great grandfather of Noah and Breanna. Brother of the late Marilyn Holland. Brother-in-law of Frank Nichols (Barbara), Arthur Nichols (Jean) of Red Deer, Alberta, Mary Pickard (Wayne) and Jerry Nichols (Edith). Special uncle of Cathy Nichols. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Wednesday, February 12, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13 at Central United Church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
