PYYKONEN, Isabelle (nee Millward)

passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank Pyykonen. Dear mother of Barbara Redmond (late Gary), Francine Thomas (Reg), Peter (Toni) and Kim (Judy). Cherished grandmother of Michael (Laurie), Velvet (Greg). Craig (Robin), Rae, Lindsay, Jesse (Emily), Nicole (Kevin) and Amanda. Great grandmother of six. Daughter of the late Ernest and Alice Millward. Sister of the late Ernest (Peggy), Kathryn (late Lorne), Olive (late Roy), late Selena (late Harvey) and the late Suzie Anderson. Sister-in-law of Maimi Smith (late Earl). A private family service will be held in Isabelle’s memory. Memorial contributions to the Group Health Centre Trust Fund or Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family. The Pyykonen family would like to thank Dr. Bragaglia and Lynne Hertz for their special care to Isabelle during her illness and also to the nurses at the Plummer Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit (Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre 759-2522).
