Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the age of 89 years. Frank will be forever missed by his special Angel Betty Bernard (Jeff Ingram). Predeceased by his parents Art and Barbara Piner, sister Natalie and his brother Jack. Dear brother of Richard.  Frank will be fondly remembered by his nieces, Kristie and Shannon and friends Dorothy, Dane, Louise and Art. Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Rev.
