It is with great sadness that Carla's family announce her long and courageous battle with cancer has come to an end at the age of 51 on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
She will be forever in the heart of her mother Rena Ross (nee Zaffini) who was by her side throughout her illness and has always been her protector, rock and friend. Carla shared a special friendship and loving bond with her father the late Jackie Particelli. "Princess Carla" has gone on to join her cherished older sister and friend Tracy Particelli Dinelle. She is the proud aunt of Tyler Dinelle whom she greatly adored. Carla leaves behind her cousins Holly Mayne (nee Gabel) and Trina Colizza (nee Perry), who have been by her side throughout her journey. She will be greatly missed by her Aunt Lorna Zaffini and cousins Michael Colizza, Mikey Colizza and Scotty Particelli.
Special thanks to her friend Tom Druery for his love for Carla. Her parents' friends Ray and Paulette Nikkinen and Carmel Piromalli who have always been part of Carla's life. Carla will be missed by her closest friends Julie Cassavia, Nancy Pickersgill, Ana Medeiros and Jason Cole.

Friends are invited to join the family to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Memorial service to follow in the chapel at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to ARCH or the SSM Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
