PARISE, Adelina (nee Gioia)

Has gone to join her beloved Pietro (1986) on March 24, 2017 at the age of 97.  Forever remembered by her children John (Lina) and Rose (Luciano) Fiorino. Dear Nonna of Adelina, Laura, Sonia, Louisa, Peter and Bisnonna of Nicholas, Robert, Alexander, Anthony and Christopher. Adelina was from a large family and was predeceased by her parents Alfonso and Angela Gioia and her siblings Francesco, Pietro, Antonio, Agostino, Gaetano, Maria, Alberto and Stano. Visitation will be held at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758 www.northwoodfuneral.com) on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gregory’s Church on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.  If you desire, donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County or The Alzheimer Society of Canada.
