Peacefully at the Extendicare Van Daele on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the age of 89.
Predeceased by her partner Otto Abel and her husband Sylvio. Loving mother of Diane (Mark), Carl (Dee), Mark (Celine), Gary and predeceased by sons Greg and Brian. Proud grandmother of Nancy (Frank), Shari (Jim), Kevin (Justine), Miranda, Matthew, Michael, Greg and Casey. Great grandmother of eight and great great grandmother of one. Dear sister of the late Neville (late Phyllis) and late Russel (late Helen). Special aunt to Carol Newman. Also predeceased by her parents John and Elsie Newman. As per Phyllis' wishes, no funeral services will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions payable by cheque to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
