It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gilles at home with family by his side on Friday June 26, 2020 after a very courageous battle with ALS.
His determination and strength during this illness will forever leave an imprint on our lives. Gilles will always be remembered by his kindness and his ability to make people feel important and valued. Cherished husband and best friend of Julie. Loving father and role model to Mathieu, Ashley, and Crystal. Adored Pops to Haylie, Emma and Brylee. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, June 30th, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Memorial donations to ALS Canada would be greatly appreciated.
