passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Sunday, June 22, 2003 at the age of 58 years. Cherished father of Darlene Nolan and grandfather of Carmella Laforte. Beloved son of the late Emily and David Nolan. Loving brother of Ken (late Helen), Ted (Shirley), Elsie Holunga (Alex), late David, Robert, Margaret, Marina, Mabel and Vivian. Alphonse will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, June 24 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, June 25 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
