Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington Ontario on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at the age of 63 with family by his side. Loving husband of Abigail. Predeceased by his parents John Sr. and Margaret Motruk. Survived by siblings Norma, William “Billy” and half brother of Darlene, Marlene, Colleen, and Calvin. Predeceased by brother John (Denise) and Kevin. His children Michael (Jennifer), Melissa (Jesse), Jennifer (Mathieu), Krystal (Jason), and Nicole will always hold him in their heart. Papa will be missed his grandchildren Kyla, Kady, Jack, Tyson, Jason, Angel, Melody, Alex, and Zach. Andy will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family and friends are invited to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, (corner of Cathcart & St. James St) for a visitation on Sunday July 25, 2021, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (Masks and social distancing are required). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ICU at Joseph Brant Hospital for there wonderful support during this time (payable by cheque or online).
