Suddenly on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 73 with family at his side. Loving husband of Moira for 47 years. Proud father of Rhona Dunlop (Matthew), Tara and Brian (Micheline). Beloved grandpa of Hannah and Isla. Dear brother of Richard Metcalfe (Rev). Predeceased by his parents Georgina and Richard Metcalfe. Brother-in-law of Janice Millar (Tommy). Son-in-law of the late Mary and late Arthur Barker of Scotland. Uncle of Tommy (Shona) and John (Sharron Bell) Shaw and Caroline Ruddell (Mike). Special uncle to Nikki, Helen and Catherine. Roger will also be missed by his longtime friend Phil Badham and many others. A private service will be held at Willowgrove United Church. Rev. Dr. David Zub officiating.
