MCFARLING, James Francis

Unexpectedly in his 60th year on December 11, 2018. Although he died without human contact, he was surrounded by God’s Angels and all those who loved him and who had gone ahead to prepare the way. James was predeceased by his parents Maureen and Bill. He is brother to Claranne, Michael and Claudette, David and Darlene, Steven and the late Jean, Bill and Sandra. James is loved and remembered by his daughter, Shannon, and son, Bobby, and their mother Rose. He was Grandpa to Jace, and Owen and Nicholas. James’ partner, Emily Migwans, is remembered. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were part of Jamie’s circle of life and love. Although Jamie struggled for many years with alcoholism, he is loved and remembered for his gentle, caring heart, his friendly personality and his strong work ethic. Family and friends are invited to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Center (215 St. James St) on Saturday December 15, 2018 from 1:30 -3:00 for visitation with the family followed by service in the Chapel at 3:00 pm officiated by Claranne McFarling. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date and Jamie will be buried with his parents. In lieu of flowers donations to Breton House would be appreciated by the family.
