Unexpectedly but peacefully at home Debbie McBride (nee MacIntosh) went home to Jesus on February 6th, 2019 at the age of 61. Daughter of Miriam Cavalaris (Paul Cavalaris), Harlow Reed (Barb Reed), Keith Horner (Marla Horner) and daughter in law of Gary and Verna McBride. Loving wife and cherished friend of Dan McBride for 32 years. Debbie was a loving mother of Marty McBride, Cody McBride (Kristen McDonald) and Heather Grigg (Mike Grigg). Proud grandmother to Eric O’Neill, Moses Hamilton, Beau Grigg and River McBride. She will be missed by her brother, Terry Horner, late Jaime Reed and late Robbie Horner. Debbie will be forever remembered as a beautiful woman inside and out, who always had a listening ear and kind word for all. She will be dearly missed by many friends and family. A celebration of life will take place Tuesday February 12th, 2019 between 5-7 at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James St.). In lieu of flowers, friends and family may make donations to her grandchildren’s education fund (made payable to Daniel McBride).
