Passed away peacefully and Sault Area Hospital on Friday, May 18, 2018 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Leo Masse. Cherished Mother of Leo Masse Jr. (Barbara), Brenda Masse, Linda Mullin (Bill), Lynne Reid (Bill), Jeanette Fogal (Wayne). Proud Grandmother of Andrew (Elina), Teresa “Terri”, late James, Anndrea (Jeremy), Mark (Jacqueline “Jackie”), Heather, Tyler (Meghan), Trevor, late Melissa, April (J.P), Matthew. Great Grandmother of Veyda, Jakob, Cody, Kiera, Paisley, Chase, Cruz, Reyna, Olivia and Zackery. Great Great Grandmother of Ethan. Sister of Brenda White (late Gilbert) of England. Predeceased by her Sisters-in-law Irene, Shami (late Nick) and Annette Jacobsen (late Peter). Aunt of Marcel (Fran) and their son Anthony, Rosemary and her daughters Emily and Natalie, Nicole (Barry) and their daughter Laura, Madeline (Kevin) and their children Jonathan and Samantha. Will be dearly missed by many Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews in England. Will be fondly remembered by many adopted family and friends. Joan had many passions in life including her church, music, cooking and her family. Joan’s door was open to family and friends for good conversation and cup of tea.
