We regret to announce the passing of Donna, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 72.
She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband Edwin and best friend of 53 years on Canada Day. Now reunited with her son Steven (2008). Loving mother of Jennifer Whitmell. Proud Nana to her adored grandson Drew Whitmell. Daughter of the late Charlotte and Walter Bennett. Daughter-in-law of the late Charles and Blanche Martin. Sister of Linda Wigmore (John), Susan Misner, Charlene Schwemler and Patti Harnden (Ken Sr.). Sister-in-law of Dora Pavlichek (Charles), Charles Martin (Janice), John Martin (Fay) and the late Ellwood Martin. Will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and many of her loving and loyal friends.
Donna was involved in the 49th Field Regiment of the Canadian Womens Army Corp, Girl Guides of Canada, Block Parents, Legion Branch 25 and the Ladies Auxiliary Branch 25. Donna also worked at H & R Block for many years making many friends.
