Carole MacKenzie (nee Dockeray) passed away suddenly at her home on October 24, 2002 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by her husband Johnny (2002) whom she will now finally be with for eternity. Much loved mother and best friend to daughters Leslie MacKenzie (Gary Pruden), Vernon, B.C. and Susan Mackenzie (Derrick Tessier) of Sarnia. Special aunt to Wendy Saukarookoff, Westbank, B.C. An extraordinary Grandma to Jennifer, Taryn and Tanner. An affectionate companion to Bear. Also survived by her brother Jim Dockeray (Sandra) and sister Ann Mancuso of Sault Ste. Marie. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Carole was a special friend of Dr. Lionel and Mary Hastings of Regina, and all members of the Canadian and U.K. Wing of the Second Tactical Air Force, M.B.A. worldwide. As an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary Branch 62, she enjoyed her many friendships. She leaves us with a legacy of humour, wit and kindness.
