The family of Bert Lowe sadly announce his passing on Thursday September 23, 2004; Bert Lowe. He is survived by his wife Jessie, his daughters; Scarlett and Karyn, his grandchildren; Sean, Michelle, Matthew and Jana and his great granddaughter Paxton. Predeceased by his grandson Chad.
