Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Robert "Slim" Long for 62 years. Cherished Mother of Michael (Trudy), Steven (Charlene), Lori-Ann (Roy) and predeceased by her daughter-in-law Diane Long. Proud grandma Christopher (Lise), Steven Jr., Richard, David, Rachel, Melissa, Jason (Nikki), Justin (Jessica), Micaela, Chantel. Loving great grandma of Tysyn, Jalen, Dianicka, Isla, Jackson, Sierra, Brianna, Brooklyn, Hunter, Carter. Dear sister of the late Rita and Donny (late Glenna). Sonia will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is now reunited with her aunt Bertha.
