George Linklater passed away suddenly at his residence on Desbarats Lake at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Violet Linklater. Loving father of Dan (Sandra), Gerry (Maddy), Bonnie Fortier (Larry Halle) and the late Charles (Chuck). Dear brother of Sybil Moody and Sylvia Kettles. Beloved son of the late Florence and Stanley Linklater Cherished grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 12. Special uncle to Bill and Brad Moody, Brenda Koivisto, Donna Crosson and Judy Nickliss. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Tuesday, April 22 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, April 23 at 11:00 a.m. with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
