Passed away peacefully at NSHN-Blind River, age 65. Beloved wife of Leonard, for 43 years. Loving mother of Sarah Lynn Dellaire (Lawrence), Amanda Helen Rose Lavallee and Kristin Ann Elizabeth Lavallee (Morgan Skinner). Gramma of Aaron and Kurt. Sister of the late Walter Szwed (Kathy), Stanley Szwed (Monique), late George Szwed (Guylaine Spencer) and Mary Mikac (Tony). Sister-in-law of Leona Turton, Linda Royer and Lucille Rodriguez.
Helen enjoyed reading books and writing in her journals. She also liked ice fishing and camping.
Family wishes to thank the hospital staff at SAH and NSHN-Blind River.
Cremation has taken place. As per Helen’s wish there are no services.
