LAITINEN, Pirkko (nee Torma)

Passed away peacefully at ARCH on May 14, 2022, at the age of 78. Survived by her loving husband, John. Mother of Wendy Filipowich (Peter) and Jeff. Grandmother of Dayton, Aaron, Leyna and Noah. Daughter of the late George and Lyyli Torma. Sister of Violet Uhlman (late Frank) and late Marita Uusitalo (Voitto). Aunt to Paul, Terry, Amanda, Mark, Kevin, Maija, Anja, Allan Jr. and Chester. A private service was held on May 18, 2022, with Pastor Brad Mittleholtz officiating. Thank you to the staff at ARCH and the doctors and nurses at the Sault Area Hospital.
