Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at the Sault Area Hospital in his 56th year.
Predeceased by his parents Matti and Aino Kurkiniemi. Dear brother of Erkki (Cathy), Jouko (Gwen), Risto (Susan), Leena (Jari) and Henry (Inger). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives in Finland and Canada. Peter will also be missed by his good friends Rob Elliott and Donny Wonnacott (Marlo).
Due to current circumstances, no funeral service will be held. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions by cheque or online to the Sault Ste.
