Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital, on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at the age of 73.  Best friend, soul mate and wife of Phillina Kohlbacher. Caring step-father of 27 years to Christina (Pat) and Samantha Levesque (Dan). Special “Pa Pa” to Kim Hurdle, Alley Autio, and Josh Brophy. Father of Ricky Kohlbacher, Jamie Kohlbacher and Sherry Benford. Grandfather to Richard and Willie Kohlbacher. Brother of the late Joe Kohlbacher (Mary), Frank Kohlbacher, late Louie Kohlbacher, Ernie Kohlbacher, late Mary and late Gertrude.Son in law to Caroline McGrayne (late Harold).  Brother in law to Doris Belanger (late John), Louise McGuire (Tom), late David Belanger (Doris), Philip Belanger (Maxine), Ernie Belanger, Harold McGrayne Jr, Les McGrayne (JoJo), Veronica Lukkarila (Simo) and Colleen Hocking (Tony).Herman was survived by many nieces and nephews.  Friends are invited to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 2 p.m. for a funeral service in the chapel.
