Passed away at Great Northern Retirement Home on Sunday June 6, 2021, at the age of 82. Predeceased by his wife, Caroline (nee Mertes). Father of John Karalash (Renee) and George Karalash Jr. (Rose). Grandfather of John Jr., Dustin (Natasha), Andy (Christine) and Kyle. Great grandfather of Ava, Haylie, Ethan, and Brayden. Son of the late John and Lena Karalash. Brother of the late Jim Karalash (Gail), Shirley Pigeon (Harold), David Nanchin (Linda), Randy Nanchin, John Karalash (Verna), late Linda Madsen. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. In keeping with George’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Thank you to the Renal Unit at Sault Area Hospital and Great Northern Retirement Home.
