JONES, Luella

After completing her life's work, Luella passed peacefully into the hands of her Lord on January 24, 2003 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Everett Jones. Loving mother of Larry (Jocelyne) of Ottawa and Ron (Josie) of Sault Ste. Marie. Devoted and special grandmother of Craig Jones, Marny Burke (Michael) and Justin Jones. Survived by her sister-in-law Glenna Lahde (Allan). Special aunt to Jack MacMillan (Pat). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Also, survived by her beloved "second family" the Johnson's: Elsie, Ruth, Doris, Betty and Norma. Predeceased by Ma and Pa Johnson. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday January 29, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral and committal service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Craig Buckner officiating. Memorial donations mad to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
