JONES, Hollis Maureen

Peacefully passed away at the Blind River Hospital in her 62nd year.  Predeceased by her husband Tim Jones and her parents Leonard and Mary Trivers.  Beloved sister of Colin and Donja, Ron and Lynda, Dick and Jane, Pam (late Ed) Trivers, Dawna and Bernie LeVasseur, Terry and Marilyn Mills.  Sister-in-law of Dick (Colleen), late Bob (Sharon), late Peter, Andy (Peggy), Mike (Donna), late Alice (late Arvin) Fahrer and Bonnie (Bill) Luhta.  Holly will be missed by her nieces and nephews she loved so dearly, her extended family and many friends.  She devoted her life to quietly helping the less fortunate and in her memory, hoped that each person who reads this perform a random act of kindness.  As per Holly’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  Family and friends are invited to a time of sharing at the Sowerby Hall on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with visiting and a reception to follow until 5:00 p.m.  Memorial donations to the North Shore Health Network or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758). www.northwoodfuneral.com.
