(1943 - 2020)

Carol passed away just as she wanted - at her lake home surrounded by her daughters and her two special girls Pixie and Bixie. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Ross. Incredibly loved and forever missed by her daughters Cindra Massicotte (Archambault) and Kandre Archambault, and “adopted daughter” Lise Boucher. Cherished sister of Rob Reynolds (Nancy), Ann Gabel, and Lynda Reynolds. Special aunt of Chrissy (Marty), Sandra, Brandy (Dan), and Rob (Lisa), and their families. Lovingly teased by Marty Y, Paul B, and Joe. Special “Grandma” to Samantha (Matt) & Josh (Brianna), “Great Grandma” of Mia & Jax; as well as her grand dogs, Ted and Georgie – she truly loved each moment of every visit with all of you. Carol is predeceased by her parents Dollie and Frank Reynolds, and sister Mary Deevey. She will be sadly missed by the Archambault family, her extended family, and many friends and acquaintances. Her bowling friends in both Sault, Ontario and Sault, Michigan will miss her determination and humour – she bowled her final game this year and ended a long history of fun & friendships. She cherished years of precious memories with her daughters, friends and family. The friendship and never-ending assistance from her friends at the Quintets and Island Lake will be forever treasured. Carol’s wit, charm, stubbornness, and her love of life and the great outdoors will always be missed. Her unique dance moves will be remembered by many. She is irreplaceable and forever in our hearts. Her daughters feel incredibly lucky to have been with her for the last few months to spend quality time with her and to ensure that her final wishes were fulfilled. A very special thank you to the caregivers at the Sault Area Hospital and the Cancer Centre who provided exceptional care and comfort. Her doctors, nurses, and paramedics are our heroes and we can never thank you enough for the support you gave her. Sierra and Lyvia were her beloved home care angels who made her smile and laugh. She was so lucky to have you. She was in good hands with Dr. Berg and Dr. Jenkins, among others, who were so kind to her and to her family. The kindness of the OPP officers who attended her passing, is sincerely appreciated.
