Peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 3, 2004 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Angus Irwin. Loving mother of Ray, Verna Dinelle (Mike), and Glen (Debbie). Proud gram of Marty MacIntyre (Alana), Monty MacIntyre (Theresa), Laurie Cook (Jeff), Mike Irwin, Michelle Dinelle (Paul Pateman), Ashley Irwin, Jake Irwin and the late Meghan Irwin. Great grandmother of Nichole, Cody, Ryan, Colton, Chase and Taylor. Dear sister of Lorne Findlay (Joyce), Ruby Tuckett (late Walter), Shirley Brason (John) and predeceased by her brothers Percy Findlay (Edith), Ed Findlay (late Mary), Willard Findlay (late Kathleen) and sister Thelma Howard (late Dennis). Violet will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
