Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Friday, March 19, 2004 in his 73rd year. Survived by his son Tim. Dear brother of James, Wayne (Flora), Chuck and Betty Burns (Harvey). Bill will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews. At Bill's request there will be no funeral service.
