At the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the age of 65. Son of the late Eleanor and Art Howard. Brother of Gayle Carr and Judy Virgin. At David’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation. Memorial donations made to ARCH would be appreciated.
