Honorary Lieutenant - Colonel (ret’d) William J. Bentley CStJ.,CD

Passed away peacefully at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Friday November 16th, 2012.  William James Bentley age 90 years, beloved husband of the late Anna Jane Bentley (nee Heffernan).  Dear father of Bill Bentley (Marion), Victoria Ramsvik (Bjorn) and Wellington Bentley (Kristen).  Predeceased by two sons, Phillip Bentley and James Heffernan.  Loving grandfather of April Crawford (Dave), Sean Heffernan (Karen), Ryan and Stewart Bentley, Aleksandra, Elisabet and Katrina Ramsvik, Jack, Andrew and Thomas Bentley.  Also survived by two great-grandchildren, James Thomas and Keeley Crawford. 

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Saturday November 24th, from 9:30 am. until 10:30 am.  Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Oak Leaf at 11 am.  Interment to follow at Oak Leaf Cemetery.  In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.  Visit a Book of Memories at www.judsonfuneralhome.ca
