Walter Harris passed away peacefully in his 80th year at Tendercare Nursing Home on Monday, January 13, 2003. Beloved husband and soul mate of the late Shirley Harris. His passing creates a significant void in the lives of his four children Dan (Donnell), Sue Ruff (Wayne), Cynthia Gilchrist (Ray) and Rebecca Masters (Alan) as well as his ten grandchildren, Charlotte, Duane, Alain, Andrew, David, Ben, Dale, Darren, Tyler and Tara also his 4 great grandchildren, Talia, Shane, Laticia, and Dylan. He is survived by his three brothers Carl Harris, Pete Tarabas, Don Tarabas and his sister, Elsie Burns. He will be deeply missed by many close friends. A special thank you to Tawny and the caring staff at Tendercare Nursing Home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses, 742 Third Line East. We love you daddy and we'll miss you dearly.
