It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of their special angel Rosie at home with her family by her side.
Beloved wife of the late Louie Guzzo. She will be forever loved and greatly missed by her children; late Joan (Herb), late Diane, Shirley (John), Louise (Lloyd), Louie (late Sharon), late Dennis, Penny, Wendy, Pam (Brad) and Gail. Loved and adored grandma, great-grandma, and great-great grandma to many. Predeceased by her parents and siblings. Rose will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and large extended family.
To know Rose was to love her. She had many friends who will miss her greatly. Especially those from bingo and her Rand Lake family. The Best Cook on "Manicotti Bay". An amazing cook, no holds barred tell it like it is feisty woman who loved her family beyond measure. She lived a full and wonderful 101 years.
Thank you to the doctors and nurses at SAH, PSWs, Dr. Bishop, Jenny Waugh and the Palliative team. An extra special thanks to Teena for all of the extra care and support she provided. The family will hold a private service at a later date. Celebration of Rosie's life to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to ARCH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
