Passed away peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday February 9, 2019 at the age of 81.
Surrounded by his loving family and his wife and best friend of 60 years, Sharon Griswold who was by his side, holding his hand. Cherished father of Scott Griswold (Denise), Jamie Kusic (Petar) and Jody Eastman (James). Proud grampa to Chelsea, Ryan, Tiana and Dusan. Poppa to Madison and Sydney. Special father to Kevin. Don will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
As per Don's wishes cremation has taken place and no funeral services will be held. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to ARCH would be greatly appreciated by the family. Many thanks to the staff and volunteers at ARCH for their care and kindness towards Don and his family. A special thanks to Susie and all the medical staff who cared for Don throughout the years.
